About Us
Edilfima is a family-run construction company founded in Rho in 1986. For almost 40 years we have handled turnkey renovations, new builds, maintenance and restoration in north-west Milan, the province of Pavia and the Novara area.
The company is led by two of the founding brothers, supported by qualified in-house staff - bricklayers, tilers, electricians, plumbers - and a consolidated network of supporting professionals: architects, surveyors, experts, energy consultants.
We are not a chain, we are not a franchise, we are not the American TV renovation series. We are a real family that has been putting its name on construction sites for almost 40 years. When you call us, you speak to the people who sign the contracts. When we come to work, we come with the same team we have known for years.
What "turnkey" means to us
A single point of contact coordinates design, building permits, demolition, systems, masonry, finishes and handover. The client does not have to manage different suppliers: they speak to one person from start to finish. This has been our model since 1986.
