FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often. No prices here - every project is different, every quote is custom.
How long does a full renovation take?
Timing depends on the scope: an 80-100 sqm apartment takes on average 8-12 working weeks, a full bathroom 10-14 days, a kitchen 5-8 days. We provide a detailed schedule after the free site survey.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes, the initial site survey is always free and without obligation across our whole coverage area: 7 north-west provinces (Milan, Monza-Brianza, Varese, Pavia, Novara, Vercelli, Alessandria) and over 40 municipalities. We check the building condition, listen to your needs and give a first feasibility assessment.
Are you a family business or a franchise?
Edilfima is a real family-run company, founded in Rho in 1986. Two of the founding brothers still lead the company alongside the same internal team of qualified craftsmen. We are not a chain and not a franchise: we are a family that puts its name on the site.
Which areas do you cover?
We are available wherever there is a valid project. Our main coverage area includes 7 provinces in north-west Italy: Milan (MI), Monza-Brianza (MB), Varese (VA), Pavia (PV), Novara (NO), Vercelli (VC) and Alessandria (AL), over 40 municipalities including Rho, Milan, Legnano, Busto Arsizio, Monza, Pavia, Tortona, Novara and Vercelli. For out-of-area projects contact us: we evaluate every project.
Do you offer a single point of contact for the whole site?
Yes. It has been our model since 1986: one contact coordinates design, building permits, demolition, systems, masonry, finishes and handover. The client speaks to one person from start to finish.
How can I request a quote?
You can call +39 02 9350 7247, send a WhatsApp message to +39 339 205 1199 or fill in the contact form. We reply within 24 working hours to schedule the free site survey.
Are you insured?
Yes, every site is covered by professional liability insurance. We provide all contractual documentation, system certifications and the declarations of conformity required by law.
How long is the warranty on the works?
The legal warranty is 2 years. We also provide post-site assistance for any need: we remain available after key handover.
